Terms & Conditions — Community Solar Scheme
1. This deposit of £99 secures your participation in the Community Solar Scheme for your area at the price tier active at the time of payment.
2. Refund policy: Your deposit is fully refundable at any point prior to signing the formal installation agreement following your roof survey. No reasons required.
3. No obligation at this stage: Paying the deposit does not commit you to proceeding with the installation. The formal contract is only entered into after a satisfactory roof survey and your explicit written acceptance.
4. Price lock: Your locked price is the community tier price at the time of your deposit payment. If the community price drops further before your survey, you will benefit from the lower price.
5. Survey: A free, no-obligation roof survey will be arranged within 28 days of your deposit payment. You will receive confirmation by email.
6. Data use: Your details will be used solely for the purpose of administering the Community Solar Scheme and will not be shared with third parties except the approved MCS-certified installer for your area. See our Privacy Policy.
7. Scheme minimum: If fewer than 25 homes commit in your zone by the deadline, you will be notified and your deposit refunded in full within 5 business days.
8. Crawford & Co Energy Ltd is registered in England and Wales. All installations are carried out by MCS-certified contractors.
